Rules, policies & safety
Effective July 14, 2026 · Clear expectations for coaching, privacy, purchases, trials, and community participation.
← Return to the War RoomImportant: This is a plain-language operating policy and coaching agreement template, not legal advice. Coach Mie should have a qualified attorney review it for the business location, customer locations, checkout platform, and actual fulfillment practices before relying on it as final legal terms.
1. Scope of the program
The War Room is an educational coaching and self-support program and a mini-course companion to Coach Mie's authored book, No Contact Warrior — Winning You Back. It provides structured exercises, reflection prompts, accountability tools, and coaching support intended to help participants practice no-contact boundaries and rebuild self-trust.
The War Room is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, law-enforcement support, or emergency/crisis response. Participation does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or attorney-client relationship.
2. Safety and referral
If you may harm yourself or another person, cannot stay safe, or face immediate danger, call local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 or use the 988 Lifeline. For domestic violence or stalking support in the U.S., call 800-799-SAFE (7233), text START to 88788, or visit The National Domestic Violence Hotline.
Coach Mie may pause or end coaching and recommend a therapist, physician, attorney, crisis service, domestic-violence advocate, or other qualified professional when a participant's needs fall outside coaching scope.
3. Participant agreement
- I am responsible for my choices, safety, actions, and results.
- I will use the program for self-protection and growth—not stalking, harassment, retaliation, impersonation, manipulation, threats, coercion, or provoking a former partner.
- I will not treat prompts, automated responses, community posts, or coaching feedback as medical, mental-health, or legal instructions.
- I will seek qualified support when my needs exceed coaching scope.
- I understand that no-contact may require professional safety or legal planning where abuse, stalking, custody, shared housing, finances, or court orders are involved.
4. Community room rules
Required conduct
- Protect confidentiality. Do not screenshot, record, repost, or identify another participant without written permission.
- Speak from personal experience. Do not diagnose, shame, threaten, bully, or pressure others.
- No contacting, monitoring, impersonating, doxxing, or organizing action against an ex or any third party.
- No hate speech, sexual harassment, graphic content, illegal activity, solicitation, spam, or unapproved promotion.
- No instructions for self-harm, violence, evading authorities, or accessing another person's accounts or location.
- Respect moderator decisions and coaching boundaries.
Enforcement
Coach Mie may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate participation when conduct threatens safety, privacy, the learning environment, or lawful operation. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal without community access restoration. Refund eligibility remains subject to the refund terms below and applicable law.
5. Notes, privacy and coach access
Account information, agreement acceptance, progress, trial status, and saved notes may be stored to operate the service. Vault notes are marked Private by default. Coach Mie may access only notes a participant intentionally marks Share with Coach, plus progress information needed to provide accountability. Participants should not enter information they are not comfortable storing online.
Private does not mean legally privileged and no online system can promise absolute security. Access may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address imminent safety concerns, protect rights and security, investigate misuse, or operate service providers. A complete business privacy notice should identify the legal business name, contact details, retention periods, service providers, location of processing, and available privacy rights.
6. Trial and access
The free level includes one complete module. A promotional trial may unlock one additional resource for seven days. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, activating the in-app trial does not itself create a paid subscription. Trial availability may be limited per person and may change or end prospectively. Paid content remains locked until access is confirmed through the applicable purchase process.
7. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Final prices, payment schedules, included deliverables, communication windows, session expiration, rescheduling terms, recurring billing, cancellation steps, and refund eligibility must be stated clearly at the point of purchase. The terms shown by Coach Mie's official checkout provider at the time of purchase control the transaction, subject to applicable law.
This page does not set a final cancellation or refund policy. Coach Mie must approve those business terms and have them reviewed for the business location, customer locations, checkout provider, and actual fulfillment practices before paid access launches. Nothing may limit non-waivable consumer rights.
8. No guarantees
No specific emotional, relationship, financial, health, reconciliation, or personal-development result is promised. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee typical results. Outcomes depend on execution, consistency, personal circumstances, readiness, access to professional care, and factors outside Coach Mie's control.
9. Intellectual property
The War Room method, course text, prompts, videos, audio, worksheets, branding, and book-related materials are for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, resold, taught, published, shared outside the licensed household/account, or used to train another product without written permission.
10. Contact and policy completion
Before launch, add the legal business name, support email, mailing address where required, governing law and venue selected by counsel, checkout provider details, response times, data-deletion request process, and the exact fulfillment terms for each paid plan. Material policy changes should be dated and presented before they apply to a current paid engagement where required.
